• Graduates joining the NDLEA at Grade Level 8 Step 1 can expect an annual salary of approximately N888,956 (before deductions). This translates to a monthly income of around N74,000.
• Those who progress to Grade Level 8 Step 2 will see their yearly earnings increase to about N900,071 (before deductions), or roughly N75,000 per month.
• For HND holders starting at Grade Level 7 Step 1, their estimated monthly salary will be around N483,353 (before deductions).
