IT Support Engineer at Internet Solutions Nigeria(ISN)
Internet Solutions Nigeria (ISN) is the leading systems Integrator & Internet Service Provider in Nigeria, serving a diverse client base across all sectors of the Economy.
We seek a skilled IT Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to provide technical support, manage IT infrastructure, and optimize network and cloud-based services.

Industry: ITP/Telecoms
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for cloud services, DNS management, VOIP, and website hosting.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Exchange.
- Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, NAT).
- Conduct security assessments and implement best practices for system protection.
- Deploy and support Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, TP-Link, and Sophos network devices.
- Collaborate with teams for customer onboarding and IT service improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Networking, or System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, and MacOS administration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Linux are an advantage.
