Salary Range: ₦30,000 - ₦50,000/month

Position Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative. 

• You will assist customers, provide product advice, handle transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet and assist customers with product selection.
• Address inquiries and build customer relationships.

Sales Support

• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Promote products and inform customers of promotions.

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on products and trends.
• Educate customers on product usage.

Team Collaboration

• Work with team members to achieve store goals.
• Support new team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or retail experience, preferably in skincare.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for skincare products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
