Employer: CUPS Organisation.

Location: Remote (Online Training).

Duration: 4 months (with potential extension up to 2.5 years).

Reporting to: Dr Idris Ahmed, CEO, CUPS Organisation.

Training Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Job Description:

The CUPS Organisation is seeking for committed and skilled Computer and ICT Trainers to deliver online training to adult learners as part of our youths empowerment and educational development program. 

• The initial contract is for 4 months, with a strong possibility of extension up to two and a half years, based on performance and program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and practical online lessons to adult learners in ICT and Computer Science topics.

• Prepare lesson plans and course support materials tailored to adult education.
• Support learners through interactive sessions, assessments, and feedback.
• Maintain learner attendance records and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the CUPS team to ensure quality and consistency across training.
• Report directly to the CEO, Dr Idris Ahmed, on progress and challenges.

Requirements:

A good degree in Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or a related discipline.

• A minimum of one year teaching experience, preferably with adult learners or in an online setting.
• Strong communication and digital facilitation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable device for online teaching.
• Ability to manage virtual classrooms using the CUPS website, and WhatsApp and Telegram for technical support.

Contract Details:

Initial Contract Length: 4 months.

• Working Hours: 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday, split into two 2-hour sessions).
• Extension Opportunity: Possible extension to 2.5 years, based on performance!
