The IGR Initiative, in collaboration with DataFronteira Ltd, is conducting a data collection exercise aimed at enhancing evidence-based decision-making on Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) strategies at the sub-national level in Nigeria.
- To support this, we are recruiting qualified and experienced Field Supervisors and Enumerators to support high-quality data collection across the 36 States and the FCT.

Job Description:
Enumerators will be responsible for collecting reliable and accurate data through structured interviews using digital devices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Administer structured surveys using Google Forms
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and ethical compliance
- Engage respectfully with respondents in assigned communities
- Report daily to Field Supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum of a degree in any relevant field
- Experience in administering surveys or data collection (experience with IGR-related projects is an advantage).
- Proficient in using Android-based mobile devices and survey apps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the survey area.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ethical data collection practices.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be at least 20 years old
- Reside in the Senatorial district of interest
- Have a valid means of Identification
- Be familiar with digital survey tools and mobile data collection
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be fluent in English and the local language of the State capital of residence
- Have proven experience in field data collection or project supervision (is an added advantage)
