Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc was incorporated in September 1960 as a private limited liability company, and commenced operations in 1962 with an installed capacity of 600 metric tons per day.

The Quality Control Assistant supports the production team by ensuring that products meet established quality standards.
- This role involves daily inspection of materials and nearly finished goods, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
Experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience Preferably in a manufacturing setting.

The Job
Analyze samples of nearly finished products daily to confirm adherence to durability, safety, and specification standards before final production.
Conduct routine testing and evaluation of materials, components, and environmental factors used during production to verify quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer complaints or internal issues related to product quality by reviewing the entire production process.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and findings in designated logs and quality control systems.
- Verify that all products and processes meet relevant local and industry-specific regulatory standards at all production stages.
- Periodically review and recommend updates to quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce production disruptions
