Earth Prize is a $100,000 environmental sustainability competition open to teenage students worldwide.
- It recognizes and awards students who develop the best solutions to accelerate positive change towards environmental sustainability.
- The Earth Prize, the world’s largest environmental competition for young people, has seen participation from teams in over 160 countries and territories during its first four annual editions.
- It aims to inspire and empower the next generation of environmental leaders and innovators, creating a global platform for sharing and scaling their solutions.
Eligibility
- Participants must have been born between 2006 and 2012 and be registered in a school or educational program.
- Students may sign-up as individuals or as a team of up to 5 members
Prize:
The Earth Prize now features seven regional winners, each receiving $12,500 to implement their ideas.
- The regions are Southeast Asia and Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Central & South America.
- In addition, three mentors of the year will be recognized, with each receiving $2,500.
