About the News Creator Corps Fellowship Program 2025

The News Creator Corps Fellowship Program 2025 is an 8-week virtual fellowship that runs from October 14 to December 12, 2025. 

• It brings together a cohort of independent creators committed to informing, connecting, and inspiring their communities through digital platforms.
• Through weekly virtual meetings, assignments, discussion forums, and collaborations with publishing partners, fellows will enhance their skills in credible sourcing, fact-checking, and effective interviewing. 
• The programme also provides opportunities to connect with U.S.-based news organisations, nonprofits, and PR partners

Fellowship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be based in the United States

Be an independent content creator with an engaged following on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Substack, or others

• Already produce information-based content that serves a specific community
• Demonstrate interest in strengthening credibility and impact through professional training
