U-Connect Human Resources are Hiring Sales Team Across Multiple Locations Salary ₦70,000 + ₦50,000 Allowance

U-Connect Human Resources is hiring motivated and results-driven individuals to join our client’s sales team across multiple locations.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Key Account Executive (KAE) - Kano, Katsina, Maiduguri

Merchandiser - Kaduna, Jos, Lafia, Makurdi

Compensation & Benefits

• ₦70,000 Fixed Net Pay
• ₦50,000 Transportation Allowance
• Leave Allowance + 13th Month Bonus (After Confirmation)
• HMO Coverage
• Monthly Airtime

Qualification Requirements

OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field

• 1-2 years’ experience in Sales, Merchandising, or Field Marketing (FMCG experience is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers

Drive product sales and achieve monthly targets

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability
• Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to boost sales
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Must be proactive, target-driven, and familiar with the assigned territory.

Note: 

In locations where Merchandisers are assigned, they will function as Sales Executives until the market is fully developed
