About the Role
- Palmpay is hiring POS Retrievers to help recover faulty, inactive, or recalled POS terminals from merchants/agents, update records, and return devices safely to our service centers.
Available Locations:
- Oyo, Ogun, Nasarawa, Lagos, Kano, FCT Abuja, Rivers, Delta, Edo, Kogi, Kwara/Ilorin, Kaduna, Ondo, Niger.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve POS terminals from merchants and agents.
- Confirm device details and update records.
- Ensure safe handover of devices to the operations/technical team.
- Communicate politely with merchants and follow company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE/OND.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is an advantage.
- Must be trustworthy, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic smartphone usage for logging and reporting.
