Alimat Care Foundation (ACF), is a youth-led NGO established and incorporated in 2022.
The organization actively advocates for the rights, welfare, and empowerment of women and girls in Northeast Nigeria, particularly in disadvantaged regions.
Role Summary
- The Admin and Finance Volunteer will support daily administrative and basic financial processes, contributing to smooth office operations and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Support office administration and filing systems.
Assist with procurement documentation and logistics.
- Support basic financial record keeping and documentation.
- Assist in processing payments and expense retirements.
- Support inventory and asset management.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Academic background in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
Basic knowledge and ability to use computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office administration.
- Willingness to adhere to strict organizational policies and work schedule.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Willingness to learn NGO finance and compliance systems.

Volunteer Engagement Terms
This is a full-time voluntary, non-salaried position.
Selected volunteers will receive orientation, mentorship, and practical work experience.
- Subject to availability of funds, selected volunteers will receive a meagre monthly stipend to support cost of daily transportation to work.
- Volunteers will be provided with recommendation letters upon successful completion of the volunteering period, subject to performance.
