Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the 2026 cohort, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be a Nigerian citizen

Must possess a university degree (Bachelor’s) with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1)

• Applicants with Second Class Lower (2:2) may apply only if they hold an additional postgraduate qualification (PGD or Master’s degree)
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Must be 28 years old or younger (as of the year of application)
• Must have a clean academic and personal record

Degree must be in fields relevant to TotalEnergies’ areas of operation, which typically include:

• Engineering
• Geosciences
• Environmental Sciences
• Management Sciences
• Finance
• Law
• Energy-related disciplines
• Applicants must be willing to study full-time outside Nigeria

Duration

• The scholarship covers a one-year or two-year Master’s program depending on the selected university and course.
