Job Summary
- The Customer Service Officer will attend to walk-in clients, assist with account issues and pension documentation, escalate and follow up on unresolved complaints, maintain accurate customer records, and support field marketing and data update activities.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role in a financial institution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be customer-focused and professional in conduct
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
