HCM Foundation; Hope, Compassion, and Mercy Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to strengthening health systems innovative, data-driven, and people-centered approaches. 

• We are seeking qualified candidates for muthroughltiple full-time positions across several states.

Location: Gombe/Kano/Kaduna

Employment Type: Full-time

Duration: 1year (Renewable)

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (qualified or in progress)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles within donor-funded projects, NGOs.

Core Competencies & Values

Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and high standards of financial accuracy.

Solid understanding of donor compliance and financial controls

• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
• High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Alignment with HCMF values.
