Salary Range: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
Provide overall leadership and coordination of hospital operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities across all departments.
- Implement hospital policies, procedures, and strategic plans in line with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Oversee human resource functions including staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, and capacity development.
- Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate quality assurance initiatives to improve patient safety, service quality, and clinical outcomes.
- Liaise with medical consultants, vendors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational and management reports.
- Oversee facility management, procurement, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
Handle patient relations, complaints resolution, and continuous improvement of patient experience.
