About Job
Operate CNG and LNG station equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist customers with refuelling their vehicles/skids with gas.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with station manager in timely and efficient manner.
Generate reports on retail station performance, including sales, usage, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of gas transactions, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail station environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on station equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections as needed.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of gas dispensed and transactions.
- Implement emergency response procedures for retail station.
- Coordinate with emergency services as needed and provide assistance during emergency situations.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations for CNG and LNG retail stations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of safety procedures.
- Attend and participate in safety training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fuelling their equipment with gas, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Educate customers on CNG and LNG fuelling procedures and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of National Diploma in a science or engineering based course
Candidates with SSCE but have a minimum of two years of experience operating LPG/ CNG/ LNG/ Liquid fueling dispensers to vehicles and industrial users are also eligible to apply.
- Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
