We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Midwife Supervisor (Fixed Term)

Location: Kebbi

Employment Type: Contract

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervising the clinical activities and guaranteeing the quality of midwifery care in the department, according to MSF protocols, values, and universal hygiene standards to provide a high-quality Mother and Child Health (MCH) care to the population.

Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification (Essential):

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Midwifery, Nursing, or Nursing/Midwifery from a recognized institution.
  • Valid professional license/registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) or relevant regulatory body.

Experience:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in maternity services, including antenatal, delivery, postnatal, newborn care, and family planning.

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing midwives, nurses, or maternity support staff.

Languages:

Essential: Local languages (e.g Hausa, Fulani, Suru)

Essential: Basic knowledge of Microsofot Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
