Warehouse Data Officer at Care First Community Initiative (CFCI)
Care First Community Initiative (CFCI) is a Nigerian NGO advancing human rights, social welfare, and livelihoods for vulnerable groups through Food Security, Research, Livelihoods, Education, Shelter/CCCM/NFI, Warehousing & Logistics, Nutrition, Health, Protection/Access to Justice, Advocacy/Information, and WASH.
- Care First Community Initiative (CFCI) is a Nigerian non-governmental organization (NGO).
- It focuses primarily on the education sector in the North-East region of Nigeria, particularly in Borno and Adamawa states.
Location: Dikwa
Reports to: Warehouse Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Capture, update, and maintain accurate warehouse and inventory data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure data consistency between physical stock and electronic records
- Conduct routine data quality checks and validations
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Information Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years\' experience in data management or inventory control
- Strong data entry, analysis, and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and inventory databases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
General Requirements for all positions
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
- Commitment to uphold organizational code of conduct, safeguarding policies, and ethical standards
- Ability to work in field-based and humanitarian contexts
