Program Overview
Dangote Cement is now accepting applications for the 2026 Dangote Academy Industrial Maintenance Technician IMT Program.
- This is an intensive 18 month vocational and technical training programme designed to equip young Nigerians with practical and hands on skills in industrial maintenance,
plant operations, and technical support roles within a large scale manufacturing environment.
- Successful participants will receive structured training, real world exposure, and mentorship to prepare them for careers in the industrial and manufacturing sector.

- Kogi
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be graduates of secondary school or technical college.
- The programme is open to motivated young people who are interested in building a practical career in industrial maintenance, plant engineering, and operations within the manufacturing and heavy industry sector.
