About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Associate to provide technical and operational support for global health and development projects across Nigeria.
Client: A leading development advisory firm operating across 16 countries
Salary: ₦1,000,000 Monthly Net
Location: Nationwide (All States, Nigeria)
Requirements
Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in:
- International Development
- Public Health or Medicine
- Health Management
- Economics
STEM, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in global health or international development
- Prior management consulting experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and data analysis capability
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day project and organizational activities
- Lead data gathering and analysis and develop structured presentations, reports and actionable recommendations
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of project teams
- Drive stakeholder engagement through strong communication and negotiation
