Key Responsibilities

Assist in mapping, documenting, and updating organisational processes,cpolicies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Support the review and evaluation of existing workflows to identifycinefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect, analyse, and document operational data to inform process optimization initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of approved process improvements across departments.
  • Assist in coordinating internal audits, compliance checks, and process reviews.
  • Maintain a centralised repository of process documents, templates, and operational manuals.
  • Support training and onboarding by preparing process guides and reference materials.

Facilitate internal communication on process updates and organisational Protocols.

Provide administrative and technical support to the Operations and Strategy teams as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Prior experience in operations, process support, project coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Experience within a non-profit, development organisation, or a structured corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with process-mapping or project management tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive organisational information with discretion.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with adaptability to evolving organisational needs.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
