The 2026 Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program by Oilserv Limited is a structured two year career development initiative designed to groom outstanding young graduates for future leadership and specialist roles within the Oilserv Group.

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Information Management, Accounting, Environmental Social and Governance related fields, or Social Sciences
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps program
- Applicants should have between zero and two years of relevant work experience
