About the Programme
The SDGs Advocate Programme is a 4-month intensive training and advocacy programmedesigned for Nigerian youths who are passionate about sustainable development and community impact.
- The programme features 20+ lectures, original learning materials, and comprehensive assessments that help participants build a strong understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how to translate them into real-world action.
Programme Goal
The goal of the SDGs Advocate Programme is to build a national community of exceptional young leaders who will actively champion and promote SDGs advocacy across Nigeria’s 36 states.
Who the Programme Is For
The programme offers young people aged 18–35 years the opportunity to become certified SDGs Advocates, empowering them to:
- Support the achievement of the SDGs at local and national levels
- Drive long-lasting change in their communities and immediate environments
- Contribute meaningfully to global development efforts
- Prior knowledge of the SDGs is not required.
Our Mission
The mission of the SDGs Advocate Programme is to create a world where every student, household, and community group is equipped with the knowledge, values, and skills needed to address the most significant challenges of this century and shape a sustainable and prosperous future.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Nigerian citizen aged 18–35 years
- Commit at least 4 hours per week throughout the programme
- Be available for virtual training sessions
- Have an interest in becoming a development and transformation agent
