Job Description

This is a remote position.

BFFWH is seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships & Grants Officer to lead resource mobilization and build strategic collaborations that advance women’s health in Nigeria.

  • This role is ideal for a proactive professional with proven experience securing grants, managing donor relationships, and identifying partnership opportunities within the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue grant opportunities aligned with BFFWH’s mission

  • Develop and submit compelling grant proposals
  • Manage donor reporting and ensure compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional funders and corporate partners
  • Develop partnership agreements and strategic collaborations

Support funding diversification strategies

Requirements

3–5 years’ experience in grant writing, fundraising, or partnership development

Demonstrated success securing grants

  • Strong understanding of NGO funding landscape
  • Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
  • Experience working with donors, foundations, or CSR teams
