Qualification: BA/BSc in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Experience: 2–4 years

Job Summary
- Responsible for case management services for vulnerable individuals, ensuring appropriate support and referrals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct case identification and assessments
- Develop and implement case plans
- Provide follow-up and monitoring
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality
- Coordinate referrals to service providers
- Maintain case files and reports
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding standards
