Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery (Masters degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of two years of experience in health workforce development
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to engage with facility staff and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and report service delivery data and maternal health commodity availability.
- Conduct supportive supervision and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Support ANC and delivery services, mentoring facility staff to improve care.
- Engage with stakeholders to strengthen program implementation.
Location: Niger State
Salary: ₦370,000 Monthly Net
