Title: LGA Supervisor – Track-zero Project
Location: Sokoto, Nigeria
Job Type: Contract/Ad hoc
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall supervision and performance management of ad hoc staff at the ward and community levels
- Support coordination of state and LGA level activities
- Map, engage and monitor community-based structures
- Support facilitation of stakeholder engagement and data review meetings
- Conduct capacity building workshops for ad hoc staff
- Document learnings, troubleshoot minor challenges and report major issues for immediate action
Prepare and share periodic reports
Qualifications
National diploma or bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, statistics or related field
- Previous experience coordinating enumeration and vaccination exercises
- Strong coordination, leadership and reporting skills
- Strong ability to communicate in English and Hausa
- Resident in Sokoto state
