Finom Group is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Independent Verification Personnel.
- The role will support the Independent Verification of Integrated Supportive Supervision (IVISS) across selected health facilities in Kaduna and Kano States.
- This engagement is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen health systems, improve service delivery, and ensure accurate and reliable data reporting within supported facilities.
- The organization is seeking public health professionals, retired healthcare workers, and experienced data collectors with clinical backgrounds.
These candidates should be able to effectively conduct facility assessments, validate supervisory processes, and provide on-site coaching to health workers.
- Additionally, successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data collected across project locations.
Available slots include 44 positions in Kano State and 23 positions in Kaduna State.
Qualification:
Applicants must possess a Degree or HND in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- They must also have a minimum of three years’ experience in health data collection or supervision.
- Candidates must be at least 25 years old and demonstrate proficiency in the use of ODK or similar data collection tools.
- Experience in conducting Key Informant Interviews and strong communication skills in both English and Hausa are required.
Moreover, familiarity with the health systems in Kaduna and Kano States will be considered an added advantage.
