- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain customer database and records
- Support business development initiatives
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Presentable and professional demeanor
