This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and deep exposure within the fast-paced fintech environment of Ikeja, Lagos.

About the Programme

This comprehensive programme is structured to provide participants with a solid professional foundation, fostering learning and growth.
The overall cycle spans 12 months, followed by 3 years of long-term development after the initial training period.

Target Position:

The programme targets roles within Merchant Loan Risk Control and Approval Management. This includes critical functions such as on-site due diligence, telephone verification, process quality inspection, and anti-fraud investigation

Requirements
