Role Overview
- The Personal Banker will manage a portfolio of retail clients, delivering relationship-driven banking services and helping customers access financial products tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide clients on loan applications (car loans, mortgages, personal loans, etc.)
- Conduct customer needs analysis to recommend suitable products
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities
- Manage client portfolios to maximize revenue and minimize risk
- Ensure customers understand account requirements and expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of a University Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and sales targets
