Role Overview
The State Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing program activities within their assigned state, coordinating field operations, engaging stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of ATUM Humanitarian’s mission and objectives at the grassroots level.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise project activities within the state
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and communities
- Support advocacy campaigns and awareness programs
- Monitor and report on program progress and impact
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards
Requirements
- Strong interest in humanitarian and anti-corruption initiatives
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively
- Prior experience in NGO, community development, or related work is an added advantage
