Applications are now open for the 2026 FSDH Female Founders Growth Programme, an investment readiness programme designed to help ambitious Nigerian women-led businesses become investor-ready and access growth capital.

  • Powered by FSDH Merchant Bank, Africa Guarantee Fund, and WEAV Capital, the programme provides practical training, expert guidance, and direct exposure to investors and financial institutions.

Access to funding remains one of the biggest challenges facing women entrepreneurs in Nigeria.

The FSDH Female Founders Growth

Eligibility Requirements:

Applicants must:

  • Have an existing and revenue-generating business
  • Have operated for at least two years
  • Be at least 50% female-owned, or have a female executive in a C-suite role (CEO, COO, or CTO)
  • Demonstrate strong growth potential
  • Be seeking debt or equity financing
  • Be willing to participate in all programme activities, including physical sessions
  • Operate a technology company or technology-enabled business
