Position: Relationship Office
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and expand loan and deposit portfolios
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
- Conduct credit assessments, field visits, and due diligence for loan applications
- Monitor client performance and support loan recovery processes
- Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring high portfolio quality
- Promote the bank’s products and services within assigned communities
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or BSc in a relevant discipline
- Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of financial services or microfinance (an added advantage)
- Good communication skills and ability to engage diverse clients
