Premium HR Solution Limited is currently recruiting Agent Field Officers (AFOs) for a top banking institution in Abuja.

Role Overview
As an Agent Field Officer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, promoting banking products, and managing relationships with agents and clients.
- This role requires strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform
- Facilitate account opening and ensure proper KYC documentation
- Promote financial products such as POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans
- Build and maintain strong customer and agent relationships
- Drive usage and engagement on the platform
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets Finance
Requirements
Minimum qualification: NCE, OND, HND, BSc
- At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 35 years or below
Location: Wuse Zone 3, Abuja
Salary Range: ₦115,000 – ₦130,000 Monthly
Additional Benefits: Commission, HMO, Pension, 13th Month Allowance
