Yiaga Africa invites qualified research firms to conduct a Longitudinal Poll on Voting Intentions and Motivations ahead of Nigeria's 2027 General Elections.
- The study will track voter attitudes, participation, and electoral trends to support evidence-based reforms and democratic accountability.
Objectives
Track voter intentions, motivations, and political attitudes over time
- Assess factors influencing voter participation using the AIR Framework
- Measure the impact of electoral reforms, governance, and civic education
- Identify key drivers of voter turnout and democratic participation
- Generate evidence for advocacy, voter education, and electoral reform
Scope Of Work
Conduct a nationally representative longitudinal survey across all 36 states and the FCT
Manage a panel of 1,500-2,000 respondents through multiple survey waves
- Develop survey tools and sampling methodology with Yiaga Africa
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse survey data
- Produce comparative trend analysis with previous NVIS studies
- Present findings to Yiaga Africa and key stakeholders after each survey wave.

Technical Requirements
- Proven experience conducting
- nationwide public opinion surveys in Nigeria
- Experience managing longitudinal or panel studies
- Strong expertise in quantitative research and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of electoral research, voter behaviour, and democratic governance
- Ability to produce policy and advocacy-focused research outputs
