- The organization is currently recruiting a Resource Mobilizer to support its mission of expanding partnerships and securing funding for critical healthcare interventions.
Role Overview
The Resource Mobilizer will play a key role in driving funding and partnership opportunities to support the organization’s programs.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to attract donors engaging stakeholders and building sustainable relationships that enable impactful healthcare delivery for children.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies to secure funding and partnerships
- Identify and engage donors partners and stakeholders to support organizational goals
- Prepare compelling proposals grant applications and fundraising materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and partners
- Support marketing and communication efforts to increase visibility and funding opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with program needs.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
- Experience in fundraising business development marketing or donor engagement
- Background working with NGOs healthcare organizations or pharmaceutical marketing environments is an advantage
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience in grant writing and proposal development
- Passion for healthcare impact and child welfare
Salary: ₦300k to ₦500k with performance based incentives
