Programme Coordinator, Nigeria Education Outcomes Fund (UNOPS)
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Country Lead to ensure effective delivery of the Learning and Education Access Fund (LEAF) Nigeria Programme.
- This initiative aims to improve access to quality education for up to 200,000 children in Lagos State, particularly focusing on out-of-school children.
- The Education Outcomes Fund (EOF), hosted by UNOPS, is hiring a Programme Coordinator to support the implementation of one of the world’s largest outcomes-based education programmes in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate programme implementation and monitor progress
Support stakeholder engagement with government, donors, and partners
- Facilitate collaboration with implementing partners
- Conduct field visits and assess programme impact
- Support results verification and data tracking processes
- Prepare reports, briefs, and programme updates
- Assist in governance meetings and strategic planning
- Promote knowledge sharing and communication of programme results
Requirements
Minimum: Secondary education (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
- 3+ years experience (with degree) or 7+ years (without degree)
- Experience in project/programme management
- Background in education, development, or public sector projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with donors or international organizations
