Relationship Manager - Lagos, South-West, South-East & South-South

Location: Lagos & Southern Regions
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years (including at least 2 years in a managerial role)
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard new customers while maintaining existing accounts
Market and sell banking products to meet customer needs
- Monitor loan portfolios and detect early signs of default
- Drive revenue growth and achieve set financial targets
- Resuscitate dormant accounts and ensure zero inactive portfolios
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
- Supervise and support retail marketing teams (for senior roles)
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and risk standards
- Prepare timely reports and support business strategy execution
Job Objectives
- Drive sales and grow the bank’s deposit base
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Increase profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolios
Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum of a First Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent)
- Business-related disciplines preferred
- MBA or professional certifications are an added advantage
Experience
- North Role: Minimum of 3 years relevant banking experience
- South Role: Minimum of 5 years experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
