Fort Knox consulting are seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate to promote retail banking products, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth across multiple locations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and market retail banking products and services
- Acquire new customers and facilitate account openings
- Drive deposit mobilization and revenue generation
- Conduct cheque pick-ups and revenue collection
- Prepare call memos and target market lists
- Respond to customer inquiries on banking products
- Reactivate dormant accounts and manage relationships
- Support loan documentation processes
- Promote digital and electronic banking solutions
- Maintain accurate records and submit activity reports
- Ensure compliance with information security policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline

- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in computer applications and banking systems
