Talent Lab Limited, on behalf of a reputable client, is recruiting qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Ward Supervisor to support immunization campaigns and Primary Health Care (PHC) interventions in Kano State.
Role Overview
The Ward Supervisor will play a key role in coordinating and supervising field activities related to immunization campaigns and PHC programmes.
- This includes ensuring effective planning, smooth implementation, accurate data reporting, and strong stakeholder engagement at the community level.
- This role is ideal for public health professionals with field experience who are passionate about improving healthcare delivery and strengthening community health systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning, coordination, and execution of immunization campaigns and PHC interventions
Supervise field teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor ongoing campaign activities and track team performance
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to vaccination teams
- Oversee data collection, validation, reporting, and proper documentation
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of programme data
- Engage with community stakeholders and health officials
- Identify and resolve field-level challenges promptly
- Support continuous improvement of programme implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in immunization campaigns, PHC interventions, or community health programmes
- Strong background in field supervision and team coordination
- Experience with data collection, reporting, and use of digital tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic, field-based environments
