Role Summary
A business training and consultancy company is hiring Ad hoc Training& Learning Assistants to assist with the planning, coordination, and on-the-ground delivery of its training programs and learning projects across various locations in Nigeria.
- This role is critical to ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder coordination, and excellent participant experience, and serving as a professional representative of the company in the field.
What You'll Do
Training and Project Delivery:
Assist, coordinate, and execute training programs and learning projects
- Maintain clear project plans, timelines, and task coordination for each training
- Prepare and manage venues, materials, equipment, and learning environments
- Serve as the primary on-ground liaison between HQ, faculty, vendors, and participants
- Support facilitation, manage session flow, and ensure a positive learner experience
- Proactively identify and resolve operational, logistical, or delivery challenges
- Manage participant registration, attendance, and learning documentation
Documentation, Reporting & Quality Control:
Maintain accurate records for each training project (attendance, feedback, media)
- Prepare clear post-training and project completion reports
- Collect and summarise participant and faculty feedback
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, and testimonials for documentation and communications
- Ensure adherence to the company’s training standards, SOPs, and brand guidelines
Partnerships, Growth & Relationship Support:
Represent the company professionally at trainings, meetings, and partner engagements
- Engage participants and organisational representatives to identify potential opportunities
- Support follow-up conversations and referrals after training
- Share field insights with HQ to support program design, partnerships, and growth initiatives

Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline
2–5 years’ experience in training coordination, project management, NGO programs, consulting, or learning support roles
- Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence representing the organisation in professional settings
- High level of computer literacy (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Email)
- Basic working knowledge of projectors and training equipment
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using a good camera or smartphone
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and presentation skills.
