Requirements
The role will suit a highly organised, proactive, analytical individual who can work across multiple teams and projects, communicate effectively with senior colleagues, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Public Administration, Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Health Administration, or a related discipline, with up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in executive support, operations, project coordination, consulting, programme management, or similar.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting a senior executive, director, programme leader, or management team.
- Experience working in an NGO, social enterprise, consulting organisation, development organisation, or other multi-project environment would be an advantage.
