Requirements
Applicants should have:
- First Degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in table-water sales.
- Good numerical and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to prepare and interpret sales reports.
- High level of integrity and enthusiasm.
- Strong sales, communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
- Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across distributors, retailers, HORECA outlets and key accounts.
- Maintain healthy stock levels in distributor warehouses and retail outlets.
- Monitor market prices and ensure pricing remains competitive.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
- Conduct field visits to monitor sales performance and provide supervision.
- Support performance evaluation and development of the sales team.
- Develop effective direct and indirect sales strategies.
- Build neighbourhood sales channels to achieve sales objectives.
- Work closely with Production, Finance and Logistics teams to resolve business issues.
- Communicate CWAY’s food-safety requirements to customers and end users.
- Ensure outlets comply with appropriate food-safety, product-storage and vehicle/logistics requirements.
- Conduct and analyse customer feedback surveys.
- Coordinate product recall or withdrawal when necessary.
Salary:
₦150k – ₦200k per month
