Data Collectors/Enumerator's needed - Markets4fruggies (M4F) Project
The College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, is inviting applications from qualified and interested individuals to join the Markets4Fruggies (M4F) Project as Enumerators (Data Collectors).
- The Markets4Fruggies (Market Innovations for Fruit and Vegetable Access in Nigeria) project is a research-driven initiative aimed at improving access to fruits and vegetables across Nigerian markets.
- As part of its ongoing Policy Phase data collection activities, the project is seeking dedicated qualitative and quantitative data collectors to support field operations in Oyo State and Kano State.
Role Overview:
Selected enumerators will be responsible for collecting accurate and reliable data from communities, markets, and relevant stakeholders.
- This includes conducting surveys, interviews, and other data collection methods in line with project guidelines.
- Enumerators will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the research by maintaining high standards of data quality and ethical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection activities
Administer surveys and interviews with participants
- Accurately record and manage collected data
- Adhere strictly to research protocols and ethical standards
- Work collaboratively with field supervisors and project teams
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must:
Possess a minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- Be resident in Oyo State or Kano State
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in data collection or research projects is an added advantage
