Terms of Appointment
Step 1: Application Submission
- Interested candidates must submit their applications online via the designated portal.
Step 2: Shortlisting
- Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be shortlisted for further screening.
Step 3: Credentials Screening
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original copies of all submitted documents for verification.
Step 4: Interview
- Successful candidates will proceed to an oral interview conducted by a panel of University officials.
Step 5: Final Selection and Appointment
- Successful candidates will receive formal appointment letters from the Office of the Registrar.
5.2 Terms of Service
- Appointments are made in accordance with Iconic Open University’s conditions of service.
- The position is based in the above mentioned locations.
- Successful candidates will be required to resume duty on the date specified in their appointment letter.
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of ND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Technical Skills
- Strong computer/ICT skills
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Knowledge of internet basics
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and standard office productivity software
