Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service NAQS 2026 Update On Recruitment Exercise
The Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service wishes to inform all applicants and members of the public that the status of applications is now available for checking on the official recruitment portal, recruitment.naqs.gov.ng.
- All applicants are advised to log in to the portal using their registered details to check their application status.
- Applicants whose status indicates progression to the next stage are hereby notified to prepare for the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which will hold online via the recruitment portal from Thursday, 20th August 2026.
General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth
- Possess a valid National Identity Number (NIN)
- Be medically fit (certificate from a government hospital required)
- Pass a drug test
- Have good character (no criminal record or cult affiliation)
- Be free from financial embarrassment
- Be computer literate
