Digital Health Africa - DHA is recruiting 15 Short-Term Field Assessors to support a Digital Health & Health Financing Systems Assessment across FCT General Hospitals, Abuja, Nigeria.

Background
DHA wants to conduct a Digital Health and Health Financing Systems Assessment across FCT General Hospitals.
- The assessment will examine the current state of digital health implementation, health information systems, digital infrastructure, health financing systems, workforce capacity, governance and technology readiness within participating facilities.
- The assessment will generate evidence to support strategic planning, policy development, resource allocation and future digital transformation initiatives within the FCT health system.
Purpose of the Assignment
Field Assessors will support the systematic collection of accurate, complete and objective information from designated health facilities using standardized assessment. tools and procedures.
- Assessors will work as part of the assessment team and will be expected to conduct interviews, administer questionnaires, undertake observations and document findings in accordance with the assessment methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured interviews with designated health facility personnel
Administer standardized assessment questionnaires
- Conduct direct observation of relevant digital, ICT, health information and health financing processes
- Review relevant documents or systems where access is authorized
- Accurately document responses and observations
- Complete assigned assessment tools within the agreed timeframe
- Identify and flag incomplete, inconsistent or unclear information
- Cross-check information where necessary
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information obtained during the assessment
- Participate in daily team check-ins and debriefs
- Promptly communicate challenges or issues encountered during fieldwork to the Team Lead
- Complete all assigned deliverables before leaving the field assignment
