Federal Government are recruiting (19) Vacancies

The Federal Character Commission (FCC) is a constitutional body established to promote national unity, fairness, and equitable representation of all states and geopolitical zones in the public service of the Federation.

  • The Commission was created pursuant to the Federal Character Principle enshrined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • This principle was designed to ensure that the composition of government institutions reflects the diversity of the country and prevents the dominance of any particular ethnic, regional, or religious group in national affairs.
  • Through policy guidance, compliance monitoring, and advisory services, the Commission works with Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) of government to ensure that recruitment, appointments, promotions, and distribution of socio-economic opportunities are carried out in a fair and balanced manner.

The Commission also serves as a key institution in strengthening national integration by ensuring that every citizen, regardless of origin, has an equitable opportunity to participate in the governance and development of the nation.
