Field Enumerator's at Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative (BBYDI)
Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative is recruiting dedicated and reliable Field Enumerators to support a localized census of out-of-school girls across selected local government areas, wards and communities in Kaduna State.
- The project aims to generate accurate community-level data to support evidence-based education planning and improve girls’ access to education.
Project Overview & Objectives
This project aims to conduct a localized census across selected Local Government Areas (LGAs), wards, and communities in Kaduna State to determine the accurate number of out-of-school girls in the targeted areas.
- The exercise will generate reliable, community-level data to support evidence-based planning, strengthen education interventions, and promote girls’ access to education.
- We invite qualified and motivated individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to community engagement to express their interest in participating in this important initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field data collection using KoboCollect on mobile devices.
- Complete assigned ward-level enumeration within two weeks of deployment.
- Submit a brief report after fieldwork, highlighting observations, findings and challenges.
- Participate in a one-day online training lasting approximately two hours.
- Protect collected information and comply with the project’s data protection and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Kaduna State.
- Must have basic digital skills and be comfortable using a smartphone or computer.
- Must be willing to participate in the mandatory online training.
- Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Must be willing to sign and comply with the Data Protection and Confidentiality Agreement.
Renumeration
- Successful candidates will receive fixed project stipends.
- Payment rates and schedules will be communicated directly to selected candidates.
